If you haven’t noticed by now, we’re a BIG fan of pasta over here. This roasted red pepper sauce is the perfect sauce to whip up for a weeknight dinner. It’s quick, easy and mostly contains just pantry items that you already have lying around. Just top with some parmesan cheese and basil and you’ve got a delicious bowl of tasty noodles!
I’ve made this recipe several times from The Pioneer Woman and botched the instructions a little this time, but it’s such an easy sauce that it still tasted awesome (and was Jeff approved!). Definitely add this to your weeknight rotations, friends!
